We recently successfully completed the purchase of our dream home at Sugarloaf, USA. It is with deep appreciation and gratitude that we want to share our entire real estate experience as it was professionally and expertly managed by our agent, Liz Simpson of Sugarloaf Area Real Estate Company.
We had been looking in the Sugarloaf area for quite some time, but could never find the “perfect” house. On the same day we met, Liz immediately sensed our style and preferences and showed us our future home. Her knowledge of the local market is superb. On that day she even arranged to introduce us to the builder. We then easily developed a comfortable rapport that was to develop into a friendship.
We have bought and sold many homes in the last twenty years, so are experienced in real estate matters. But this was the most expensive home we ever bought, and it was the first newly constructed home we ever bought. We were nervous to say the least given the backdrop of a record fall in real estate sales and prices as well as an uncertain economy. But Liz Simpson’s reassurance, expertise, knowledge, experience and foresight kept us confident throughout the entire process. Her communication with us was superb. She handled all details of the purchase contract without delay. At several points a deal breaking impasse was creatively solved by Liz’s attention to detail and her steadfast representation of our interests as buyers.
During the final construction phase of the home, Liz was carefully inspecting the progress and kept us notified. She kept the deal on track and proactively solved potential problems, extended deadlines and completed required paperwork. Closing was smooth and effortless, as it should be.
We are now living in our once in a lifetime dream house, anxiously awaiting the first snowfall. All thanks to Liz. | We sold our second home in Carrabassett Valley with the services of Sugarloaf Area Real Estate.
There were renters in the house at the time of the sale and it took extra time on the part of the Real Estate office to keep everyone informed and comfortable with the showings and sale. We will be back to buy another property in Carrabassett Valley. "Very Satisfied Seller" | |
