Stan Tingley has been a Sugarloafer since 1969, a resident of Carrabassett Valley since 1995 and has over 35 years of experience in real estate. Jan Kremin has been a property owner at Sugarloaf since 1986, retired in 2003 making the Valley her permanent residence. She has over 40 years in real estate finance & sales. Tom Carey, a Sugarloafer since the mid-sixties, is an avid tele skier and pilot. Nancy Holliday has 25 years of real estate experience and has been a Sugarloafer since 1959. She is on the Board of Driectors of the Sugarloaf Mountain Ski Club and holds the position of Secretary. During the winter, she works part-time at the Antigravety Center.
